The Noh theater is approximately 10 minutes by car from JR Kaibara Station.

Main Access Routes

Route A

From Kansai International Airport (KIX) to JR Kaibara Station

  • Kansai International Airport (KIX) JR or Nankai Railway
  • Osaka (Umeda) area Change to JR Fukuchiyama Line
  • JR Kaibara Station Pick-up by DENGAKUSHA staff

Total travel time is approximately about 2.5 hours, depending on train connections. Kaibara Station is a convenient gateway for guests arriving from overseas via KIX.

Route B

From Kyoto Station to JR Fukuchiyama Station

  • Kyoto Station JR Limited Express “Kinosaki”, “Hashidate”, etc.
  • JR Fukuchiyama Station Pick-up by DENGAKUSHA staff

Direct limited express trains run roughly every hour, and the journey takes around 1 hour 15–20 minutes.

Route C

From Osaka, Kyoto, or Kobe

Tamba City lies in the central part of the Kansai region, about 1.5 hours by train or car from Osaka, Kyoto, and Kobe. From Osaka or Kyoto, take the JR Fukuchiyama Line to JR Kaibara Station, where our staff will welcome you and drive you to the Noh theater.

Tamba City is located in the eastern part of Hyogo Prefecture, between Osaka and Kyoto. It is a traditional satoyama landscape of mountains, forests, and rice fields, offering an authentic rural atmosphere while still being within easy reach of the major cities in Kansai.
